Mr. Robert “Bob” Phillip Davis Age 86 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at the Ben Atchley State Veteran’s Home in Knoxville, Tennessee.  He was born July 06, 1932 in Jellico, Tennessee.
