A Michigan man is dead following a fatal motorcycle accident Thursday afternoon along I-75 in Caryville.    Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Steven Ward outlines in his report that a 2017 Honda Gold Wing Motorcycle operated by 67-year old Patrick G. Romancheck, Sr. veered right off the interstate and hit a guard rail.  The report details that the impact on the northbound side of the roadway at Mile Marker 131 (near the train trestle)  threw Romancheck and his passenger off the bike.  Romancheck and 62-year old Patty Rees were taken to a Knoxville hospital.  Romancheck died soon after the crash while Rees remains hospitalized.

Both are from Bridgeman, Michigan.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/04/2018-8AM)
