Mrs. Eva Irene Sharp, age 101, passed away on Monday, Oct. 29, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and taught Sunday School and Bible School classes there for many years. She retired from Balloff and Boston Stores in LaFollette.  Due to health reasons, Eva made her home in Maryville, TN, for the past several years, but her heart remained in LaFollette. She is preceded in death by husband Ernest T. Sharp, parents Jim and Minnie Burns, sisters Edna Milsap and Clyde, Catherine Sharp and Nathan.
 
She is survived by beloved daughter and son-in-law, Betty Breazeale and Jeff of Maryville, niece Debbie Queener and Tom of Jacksboro, nephew Jim Sharp and Carolyn of Inman, SC, and a host of other family members and friends.
 
Funeral Services will be held at Walters Funeral Home on Thursday, November 1 at 12 noon with the Rev. Danny Wilson officiating.  Interment to follow after the service at Bakers Forge Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1 P.M. before funeral services.  Online condolences for Mrs. Sharp may be made at www.waltersfuneralhome.net.
