The central figure in the 2005 shooting at Campbell County High School remains in the Campbell County Jail this morning on unrelated charges.  Kenneth S. Bartley appeared in Campbell County Court on Tuesday to answer to charges stemming from a domestic situation at his father’s home on Sunday, August 26, 2018.  Bartley was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Bartley’s hearing was reset for Tuesday, September 11.  The 27-year old is being held on a $30,000 bond.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 09/05/2018-10AM)
