Last Friday night, Campbell County Deputy Dakota Williams went to a home on Dilbeck Lane about a female who was later identified as Michelle Michael Albright, who was causing a problem at the home.  Prior to Williams arrival, he was notified by Sgt Mikey Owens that Albright had been trespassed from the home on June 20 by himself along with Deputy Cody Douglas and Deputy Raymond Surber. Williams arrived at the home and spoke with Surber who said Albright was refusing to leave the home and the homeowner had told her to leave several times that she wasn’t welcome at the home. Williams attempted to explain to her that she had previously been trespassed from the home. At this time, she became belligerent and started screaming. When Williams was attempting to put her in the patrol car, she refused to get in and pulled away.

Albright, 44, 587 Park Road, Caryville is charged with disorderly conduct, resist stop frisk halt search and criminal trespassing.  This was her 29th time of being booked into the county jail.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/10/2018-6AM)
