Richard (Dick) Brooks, age 74, of LaFollette passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018. He was a Member of  LaFollette Church of God and a retired Coal Miner. Preceded in death by Daughter, Tammy Brooks; Grandson, Mackenzie Smith; Parents, Edgar and Clara Hickey Brooks; Sisters, Mandie Belle Prim and Charlene Jones and Brother, Jim Brooks.

Interment 11 AM Tuesday at PowellValleyCemetery
