Our foggy start leads to a partly sunny, muggy summer day today.  The high pushes near 90-degrees with a “feels-like” temperature of 93.  However, it’s the threat of a few strong to marginally severe thunderstorms that takes center stage.

The primary threats from today’s stronger storms are strong gusty winds and locally heavy rainfall that could prompt some nuisance flooding.

Drier air moves in tonight leaving us with lows in the upper 60s and a comfy start to Wednesday.  Tomorrow will be  “the” weather day of the week with lower dew points leaving us with a pleasant feel under sunny skies as the high hits a very warm 87-degrees. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/17/2018-6AM)
