On Friday, the Eighth Judicial Recovery Court hosted a graduation for five of its participants.   The graduates were (left to right) Dennis Hurst, Rebecca Ridenour, Jennifer Rice, Kayla Johnson, and JD Chambers. The group is pictured with Eighth Judicial Criminal and Recovery Court Judge E.
