Recently, Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found seven individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody.  Here is the list.

Michelle Imogene Johnson, of Jacksboro, had previously pleaded guilty to Attempted Aggravated Burglary, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Michael James Dabney, of Jacksboro, had previously pleaded guilty to Theft over $1000 and three counts of Burglary, and received a suspended sentence of 8 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 8 year sentence in TDOC custody.

John Glenn Parker, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, and received a suspended sentence of 3 year supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Eddie Riggs, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to Aggravated Burglary, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Charles Rose, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to Attempted Theft over $1000, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Ronald Smith, of Jellico, had previously pleaded guilty to Aggravated Burglary, Theft over $1000, and Vandalism over $1000, and received a suspended sentence of 5 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 5 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Tara White, of Jacksboro, had previously pleaded guilty to Forgery, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.
