New head coach to be formerly introduced on Friday

Cox excelled at the collegiate and high school levels

   Darrell Cox played during the glory years of Campbell County High School Basketball.  And now he’s coming back to his old school with sights set on reviving those 1980s glory days as the new head coach.

   Cox starred as a Cougar and then at Harrogate as an LMU Railsplitter.  He is a member of the LMU Hall of Fame.

   CCHS Principal Jamie Wheeler and Director of Athletics Sherry Chapman will host a press conference on Friday morning at 9 am in the school library to officially introduce Cox to the media. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/09/2018-11:50AM)
