Mr. Odie B. Braden age 76 of LaFollette passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018.   He was retired from CSX Railroad, was of the Baptist Faith, and was a U.S. Army Veteran.  He was preceded in death by Wife, Brenda Braden in 2016 and by parents, Obie and Satre Braden, Sister Ruby Thomason.

Survivors:  Daughters, Teresa Walker and husband Ben, Pamela McCrary and husband Richard, and Sharon Shumaker and husband Brent; Grandsons, Jesse McCrary and Brendan McCrary; Granddaughters, Britton and Julia Shumaker; Sisters, Imogene Graves, Bonnie McGhee and husband Herbert, Frances Loy, Brenda G. Braden, Wanda Sharp and husband Pete.  Several Nieces, Nephews, other Relatives and Friends.

The family will receive friends from 11 to 12:45 P.M. Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery & Memorial Gardens for a 1:00 P.M. graveside service with Rev. Bo Freeman officiating.  Full Military Honors will be conducted by the Campbell County Honor Guard.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in Odie’s name may be made to the Clinton Middle School Clothing & Shoe Fund, 110 N.
